Disneyland Paris
Le Théâtre du Château

Description
As part of the renovation of the theater located in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Paris, I had the opportunity to design a graphic installation aimed at transforming the construction fences into a visual experience. The goal of this project was to seamlessly blend into the enchanted world of Fantasyland while respecting the aesthetic and narrative codes uspecific to the Disney environment. For this creation, I drew inspiration from the medieval universe of Sleeping Beauty, while incorporating subtle nods to other Disney classics, such as Beauty and the Beast. Each banner and graphic element was carefully designed, blending references to Disney films with personal touches, such as a subtle homage to Normandy, a tribute to Walt Disney’s origins. The process began with hand-drawn sketches, which were then digitally refined to achieve a final result that remained true to the park’s spirit. The final stage, which involved supervising the printing and installation of the graphic elements, was particularly rewarding. This allowed me to ensure the project’s coherence and make sure that each design fit perfectly into the visual storytelling surrounding the castle. This project provided me with a comprehensive perspective on the creative process, from ideation to on-site implementation, while strengthening my passion for immersive and narrative design.
